Featured4 Phase Plyo Program
This program is made for people who want a proven, progressive plyo system that they can plug into their current training. No big commitment, just 16 weeks of plyometric programming split up over 4 phases that can be run back once finished. It’s 2 training days per phase. This program will build your plyo base from the ground up by teaching you how to yield well & train your reactive overcoming skills. After finishing this program I guarantee you will experience improved reactive strength leading to enhanced in-sport athleticism & movement quality. No equipment required. Just your body and some space. Court-shoes are recommended.
