About Dario

I was at rock bottom & depressed for the first time in my life when I tore my ACL at just 18 years old. Physiotherapy in my hometown was poor & made me quit 3 months post surgery to take matters into my own hands with no clue about training.

This forced me to study at an impressive rate…

Fast forward 6 years later I have consumed countless books, research articles, podcasts, courses & taken mentorships from high level coaches to build my knowledge.

This very knowledge has allowed me to go from a 28” to a 37” vertical while taking my speed from 28 to 35.3 km/h as a not so gifted basketball athlete.

During these past 6 years I have trained 250+ athletes in-person from amateur to pro level.

Nowadays I mostly train professional Football & Basketball players from all over Europe utilizing Force Plate technology and qualitative movement analysis using my eyes & slow motion video.

Athletes frequently fly to Vienna to do a training camp with me and leave with a program for their offseason.
